I am an enthusiastic and highly productive researcher specializing in health psychology, behavior change, and psychosocial interventions for chronic conditions. With over 13 years of experience in health promotion and digital health, I bring an interdisciplinary approach to improving health outcomes through innovative, evidence-based solutions.
My work focuses on developing and evaluating evidence-based interventions in health psychology and promotion, with a strong emphasis on integrating behavior change theories and models to create effective health-related strategies. I am particularly passionate about supporting individuals with persistent pain and multimorbidity by designing self-management interventions that address their unique needs and mental health challenges. Skilled in mixed-methods research, systematic reviews, and meta-analyses, I ensure my findings are robust, actionable, and relevant to real-world applications.
In addition to research, I have extensive experience in education and training, including lecturing, curriculum development, and mentoring students and early-career researchers. My commitment to fostering the next generation of professionals is matched by my dedication to translating complex research into practical solutions that make a tangible difference in people’s lives.
By combining a strong foundation in research methods with a focus on applied health psychology, I continue to address pressing health challenges through collaborative and multidisciplinary approaches, creating lasting impact and advancing the field of behavior change and health promotion.
